Product Overview
The Collimator Light Kit is used in the Eclipse Proteus lamp sub-assembly. The Proteus XR/a automatic collimator uses a special collimator light bulb. When the collimator lamp burns out it must be replaced with the replacement bulb in the Proteus XR/a renewal parts section. The Proteus XR/a collimator lamp is designed to operate at 24VAC for 150 hours continuous, other replacement bulbs will burn out very quickly as they are only designed for 50 hours continuous use at 24VAC. The new lamp assembly is mounted on the right cover of the collimator with the help of lamp support by using four screws and shielding is provided for the lamp mounting holes. To avoid lamp damage, do not touch the bulb or inside of the reflector with bare hands.
