Product Overview
This internal CD-DVD Drive is developed for read/write mulitple format DVDs and CDs. It offers full hardware and software support for a wide range of optical media. It is an internal optical drive with a 24X Writing speed that is connected to a computer through a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) connector which offers speeds up to 1.5 Gigabits/second. The M-DISC™ feature of the drive uses a patent rock-like recording surface instead of organic dye to etch data onto a disc. The Drive is read and write compatible with DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM,DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, CD-R, and CD-RW. It has a minimum of 0.5 megabytes of internal drive data buffer or cache. This Drive has been designed with a rigid chasis and multiple dampers to absorb vibrations ensuring quality and silent operation. This DVD-RAM Drive can be used with OEC Mobile C-Arm systems.
