Product Overview
The Aqua-Knot Kit is used in patient monitoring systems. The aqua-knot kit is used to protect gas analysis systems from contaminants. The technician adjusts data of the ultrasonic machine and fix the mold according to ultrasonic welding validation and should check the water trap to see if there is any indentation, macula, impurity or break on the surface of it. The visual inspection is to be conducted at a sample size of 10 per 100. Black acceptance criteria are defined by two black specs are permissible when view the finished sample from any angle and the area of the spot shall not exceed 0.2mm2. The filter housing is to be free of flow lines, scratches or smears. The leak test is to be conducted 100% and no leakage occurred tested by 70cmH2O.
